Limitation Of Liability
Neither Ample Credit nor any other party involved in creating, producing, or delivering the services or Ample Credit content will be liable for any incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including, inter alia, lost profits, loss of data or goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, or the cost of substitute services arising out of or in connection with these terms or from the use of or inability to use the services or Ample Credit content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), product liability, or any other legal theory, and whether or not Ample Credit has been informed the possibility of such damage, even if a limited remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

Indemnity
If Ample Credit determines that you have provided fraudulent, inaccurate, or incomplete information, including, through feedback, Ample Credit reserves the right to immediately suspend your access to the website or any of your accounts with Ample Credit. You shall be liable to indemnify Ample Credit for any losses incurred as a result of your misrepresentations or fraudulent behavior that has adversely affected Ample Credit or its users.

Applicable Law And Dispute Settlement
You agree that this agreement and any contractual obligation between Ample Credit and You will be governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this agreement, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, or your use of the website or the services or information to which it gives access, shall be referred to mediation by Ample Credit. The mediation shall be conducted by a sole mediator under the Ample Credit Mediation Rules. If mediation fails, then the dispute shall be referred to arbitration before a sole arbitrator appointed by Ample Credit. The arbitration shall be conducted under Ample Credit Arbitration Rules, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of such arbitration shall be Hyderabad. All proceedings of such arbitration, including, without limitation, any awards, shall be in the English or Telugu language. The award shall be final and binding on the parties to the dispute.
